Driftwood Apothecary Spoons are back and this time they are that much more special. Each piece is adorned with one or two pieces of Raw Sleeping Beauty Turquoise… one of my personal favorite stones.
In raw form, this turquoise has a beautiful light blue shade deep with layers.
“Sleeping Beauty turquoise takes its poetic name from the shape of the mountain from which this intense blue stone is extracted. The mountain is located near the town of Globe, Arizona, USA. Indeed, looking at this mountain from far away, you can see the profile of a woman lying down.
As a color, blue calms the soul and reminds you of peaceful flowing water. So it's no surprise that sleeping beauty turquoise promotes inner peace.
